Immigration Physicals
Exams for United States Green Cards or US Citizenship
We perform IMMIGRATION physical examinations!
Medical examinations are required by the USCIS (United States Citizenship and
Immigration Services) to obtain a United States green card or United States citizenship.
Only doctors designated by the USCIS as civil surgeons can complete an immigration exam.
The purpose of an immigration exam is to determine whether you are eligible for
admission to the United States on public health and safety grounds.
SPFMC have been providing immigration physicals for more than fifteen years.
We provide all the necessary medical services to fulfill immigration exam
requirements for US citizenship applicants of ALL ages.
SPFMC also provides vaccination assessments and services for refugees.
The government requires completion of form I-693 in order to fulfill your immigration physical requirements.
We are here to help you!
